Biography
Eileen Garney joined the Penn State Harrisburg campus in 2021. She came here from Brooklyn, NY where she worked as a high school guidance counselor with the New York City Department of Education. She has spent her career working in the fields of education and counseling.
Eileen attended Bloomsburg University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She then received her Master of Science in Education in Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania.
