Purpose:
The purpose of this scholarship shall be to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll in the School of Business Administration at Penn State Harrisburg who have a demonstrated need for funds to meet their necessary college expenses.

Eligibility:
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to all full-time undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll in the School of Business Administration and attending Penn State Harrisburg who have achieved superior academic records or who manifest promise of outstanding academic success and who have demonstrated financial need. Preference shall be given to students from the Pennsylvania counties of Perry, Dauphin, Cumberland, York, Adams, Lebanon, and Lancaster. Recipients of the scholarships shall be given consideration for an internship at Wachovia Bank. Internship participants shall receive a salary during the internship period.
