Purpose:
The purpose of this scholarship shall be to provide recognition and financial asssitance to outstanding undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll in a Baccalaureate program at Penn State Harrisburg with a major in any engineering discipline whith the exception on engineering technology.

Eligibility:
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to all full-time undergraduate students enolled or planning to enroll in a Baccalaureate program in Penn State Harrisburg with a major in any engineering discipline. This program must be accredited by the Accredidation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET). The donor requests that technology degree candidates will not be eligible for this scholarship.
