H.B. Alexander Foundation, Inc. Penn State Harrisburg Engineering Scholarship

Purpose: To provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding juniors majoring in an engineering discipline at Penn State Harrisburg who have a demonstrated need for funds to meet their necessary college expenses, and, to the extent permitted by law, whose ethnic, cultural and/or national background contribute to the diversity of the student body.
