Capital Blue Cross Information Sciences & Technology Scholarship

Purpose: To provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding undergraduate students enrolled in the baccalaureate program within the College of Information Sciences and Technology and attending Penn State Harrisburg.

Eligibility: 

Full time sophomores, juniors, and seniors in the school of  IST with a G.P.A. of 3.2 on a scale of 4.0
