Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity

In order to provide a medium for the encouragement of high scholastic and social achievements, we establish the Epsilon Omicron Colony of Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity, Inc., located at Penn State Harrisburg. Founded on brotherhood and dedicated to the concept of mutual understanding and cooperation, we shall stand in opposition to ignorance, bigotry, and provincialism. We shall pursue brotherhood through scholarship, leadership, service, and social experiences. We shall strive for the achievement of personal excellence in each member and collective aspirations and hopes, both individually and corporately to create a lifelong brotherhood and friendship between our members. We establish this chapter to promote a closer bond among male students in search of higher education. This will lead to wholesome mental, moral, physical and spiritual growth. We strive for preparation for postgraduate life by recognizing the need for a well-rounded education. We recognize the responsibility to his chapter, college, community and country.
