Seminar presentation to discuss data management and transformational government

Dr. Rhoda Joseph, associate professor of information systems, will present Big Data and T-Government on Wednesday, October 16 from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Olmsted Building Gallery Lounge.
The discussion will focus on electronic government and transformational government, which is the use of computer-based information and communications technologies (ICT) to improve the delivery of public services.
Other topics of the discussion include information technology in emerging economics, big data and business analytics.
The discussion is free and open to faculty, staff, students and the public.
