Penn State Harrisburg to offer two-week Maymester this spring
Students will have a new option for taking summer courses and it's as easy as 1-2-3 -- one course, two weeks, three credits. Penn State Harrisburg will offer Maymester from May 12 through May 22, which allows students to concentrate on one subject over a two-week period and earn three credits.
“We are very pleased to announce that Penn State Harrisburg will offer Maymester this spring,” said Dr. Omid Ansary, Penn State Harrisburg senior associate dean for academic affairs . “This is a convenient and expedient way for students to fulfill their educational goals, providing a new option for getting ahead or catching up on academic credits.”
Maymester classes will run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday either from 8 a.m. to 3 pm, or 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Housing and food services will be available.
Registration for Maymester begins February 4, 2014. For more information, visit http://harrisburg.psu.edu/maymester.
