Finance major receives outstanding student award
Penn State Harrisburg finance major Issoufou Moumouni, of Harrisburg, received an Outstanding Student Award from the central Pennsylvania chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) on Tuesday, March 26 at the organization’s annual Educator’s Night event in Hershey.
Each year, the FEI chapter presents the award to students from eight local colleges and universities. Awardees – all senior accounting, economics, or finance majors – are selected based on academic achievement, community service, and leadership qualities. Moumouni’s award was sponsored by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
FEI, established in 1931, is a national organization with more than 85 local chapters through North America, aimed at advancing the success of senior-level financial executives, their organizations, and financial professions.
