Engineering programs receive national ranking

U.S. News & World Report has listed Penn State Harrisburg’s undergraduate engineering programs in its 2013 Best Colleges rankings. Penn State Harrisburg was the highest ranked institution in south-central Pennsylvania in the “best undergraduate engineering programs” category for schools where a doctorate in engineering is not offered.
Determined by results from a peer assessment survey of college administrators from more than 1,500 schools, the Best Colleges rankings rate universities nationally and regionally, and programs in business, engineering, and the arts.
Penn State Harrisburg offers more than 30 bachelor’s degree programs including the following engineering programs: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, and Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology.
