Specialty Tutors for Other Subjects*

Ask us to arrange a tutor. If we can find someone who is qualified and willing to work for the Learning Center, we will arrange a tutor for you. We are often able to find one, but we cannot guarantee it. E-mail tutorrequest@psu.edu.

PECT and PAPA

The Learning Center, in collaboration with the Office of Teacher Education, supports Penn State Harrisburg students in their preparation for the PAPA (Pre-service Academic Performance Assessment) and PECT (Pennsylvania Educator Certification Tests).

Education majors should contact writing tutor Kathy Brode at kbb3@psu.edu or math tutor Janice Smith at jes57@psu.edu for individualized help in PAPA or PECT preparation.
