Human Development and Family Studies Club

The purpose of the Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS) club is to promote outreach efforts to community agencies and to expand the understanding of the Human Development and Family studies major. The club will provide education and opportunity for professional development in the Human Development and Family studies field or any other service area of interest.

The HDFS club will build open communication with service agencies. The club is designed to create diversity, international opportunity and education for all Penn State Harrisburg Students. Membership in the Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS)Club shall be open to any students regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, creed, national origin, age, handicap, disability, ancestry, or veteran status. The club shall strive to encourage a diverse membership, fun and healthy environment for all Penn State Harrisburg students while continuing to volunteer, fundraise and help the non-profit business/individuals in the community.
