Biography
Since coming to Penn State Harrisburg, Dr. Brown has consulted with a variety of organizations, including the U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Small Business Administration, U.S. Department of Justice, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocate and numerous industrial groups and firms. In addition, he has worked with a variety of law firms as an expert witness.
Dr. Brown has authored and co-authored numerous journal articles and monographs. His research has focused on transportation, government regulation, and supply chain issues.
