Biography

Dr. Hippensteel began teaching for Penn State Harrisburg in 2002. Previously he worked in industry as a consultant to major manufacturers of network test equipment and components. His clients included Avaya, Sprint, Lockheed-Martin, Agilent, Fluke Networks, Hershey Foods, and others. Prior to consulting, he was in higher education as a mathematics instructor and college administrator. He has toured nationally speaking on various networking topics.
