Biography

Dr. Zhang joined Penn State Harrisburg in 2008 from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, where she was Assistant Professor of Management. Her Ph.D. is in Human Resource Management from the George Washington University. She has taught courses in human resource management, organizational behavior and business ethics. Dr. Zhang's research focuses on diversity, recruiting and corporate social responsibility. She has published articles in scholarly journals such as Group and Organization Management and Sex Roles: A journal of Research.
