Auditing
Students may choose to audit a course-no tests, grades, credits, CEUs, or certificate points (where applicable). The audit fee is the same as the course registration fee.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality of Student Records
The University recognizes the privacy of individuals and the confidentiality of student records as described in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. According to this policy,
information that is considered public record may be released without the student’s permission. Students may request that this information not be publicly released by contacting the
Enrollment Services/Academic Records Office, Swatara Building. Requests must be made in person with proper identification.
Vehicle Registration
The fee-based vehicle registration program has been designed to provide for the enhancement and maintenance of walkways, roadways, and parking facilities at Penn State Harrisburg.

Vehicle Registration Procedures
Walk-in: You may register and pay in person at the Vehicle Registration Office (Swatara Bldg.).
Mail-in: You may obtain a mail-in registration form from the pocket portfolio outside the Vehicle Registration Office (Swatara Bldg.), or from the Continuing Education
Office (EAB).
Exceptions: Vehicle registration will NOT be required for vehicles displaying a parking permit from the M.S. Hershey Medical Center or any other Penn State campus where
payment is required for parking.
Smoking Policy
Smoking of any materials is prohibited in all facilities at Penn State Harrisburg except private residences.
Weather Policy
Penn State Harrisburg will delay or cancel classes during periods of inclement or dangerous weather conditions or other weather-related emergencies. View our weather policy for more information.
