York City Mayor Kim Bracey, the first African-American and first female mayor of the city, will discuss personal and public challenges and triumphs in celebration of African-American history month.
In honor of African-American History Month, Bracey will speak about being the first female as well as first African-American elected to this office. She is a veteran and dynamic speaker who works to inspire young people to get involved in the political process.
