Working in Pennsylvania Online Career Fair

How does it work?
- Step 1: RSVP to attend the event. You will receive an email with instructions on how to set-up your online profile prior to the fair beginning.
- Step 2: Research who is attending the fair. Registrations update in real time so check back to make a list of the companies you wish to talk to.
- Step 3: When the event is live, select an organization of interest and "Get in line". You will have one-on-one timed conversations with the recruiter. Review the "Tips for Success" to make this conversation as meaningful as possible. Remember: Each conversation is timed. You will have 8 minutes to talk to each recruiter. Watch the timer during your conversation.
- Step 4: Take notes after your time with the recruiter ends and send a thank you email after the fair.
