Don't miss this opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind jewelry and gifts made by at-risk women who have been rescued from sex trafficking, domestic violence, fraudulent marriages, and other situations. Women at Risk International (WAR Int'l) partners with 30 safe houses and 15 orphanages in 32 different countries.

WAR Int'l provides women's centers throughout the world where at-risk women, girls, and orphans are taught job skills. The WAR Int'l Foundation also rescues women and children in imminent danger and gives them lodging in safe houses.

WAR Int'l jewelry is unique and all pieces are made by women who have benefited by job skills training. This sale is being offered in conjunction with the Commission for Women sponsored speaker, Theresa Flores, who was rescued from sex trafficking in the US. The WAR Int'l sale will be held throughout the day on April 4, 2013 in two different locations.

The schedule will be:

  • 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. - Olmsted Lobby 
  • 5:00-8:00 p.m. - Capital Union Building (second floor)
