Penn State Child Attention and Learning Study
Seeking Families in the Greater Harrisburg Area with children 8 to 12 years old
Cynthia Huang-Pollock, associate professor of psychology at The Pennsylvania State University, and her research team are conducting a study to understand how children learn, and how attention, behavior, or emotional problems can interfere with learning.
The group is seeking boys and girls aged 8-12, with or without a history of attention or learning problems, to participate. Parents will receive up to $100 and feedback regarding their child's emotional, behavioral, academic, and neuropsychological functioning. Children will receive a small prize. Parental consent is required.
